Fletcher Hartsell

Missions has always been a part of Fletcher's life. He remembers even as a child sitting at the feet of his teachers while listening to stories about missionaries in far away places, praying for them, and placing nickels and dimes in the cardboard missions bank.  Fletcher and his wife Tana have both been involved with missions to Guatemala since 1985. Since then God has provided a number of other foreign missions opportunities including Brazil, Chile, Lebanon, Ukraine, Armenia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.

Fletcher and his wife Tana are members at CrossPointe Baptist Church in Concord, NC. They have served as Bible Study leaders, as well as prayer ministry and senior adult programs.   They have three children and seven grandchildren.  Time spent with the grandkids is considered most precious to them.

Good Shepherd Ministries in Guatemala is a ministry of International Indigenous Community Development (IICD) in partnership with Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina and North Carolina Baptists on Mission.

Good Shepherd Ministries helps individuals in indigenous communities to become followers of Christ as they focus on spiritual, physical, emotional and community needs.
