Elizabeth "Libby" Moses

Libby is Corporate/In-House Counsel for Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC.  She is responsible for managing a diverse array of legal and employment related matters – with an objective of balancing the need to support the business goals while minimizing potential legal liability.

A native of St. Louis, Libby received her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1994 and her B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1990.  Libby is licensed in Florida and Missouri.  She began her legal career with the Missouri Court of Appeals, subsequently working in both private sector law firms as well as in-house counsel doing insurance defense, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, personal injury and employment law. 

 

Libby is married with two grown children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She also enjoys reading, hiking and other outdoor activities.  Libby is one of the founding members of IICD-Good Shepherd Ministries.
