Sandy is married to Lenuel Chamberlain. She is a retired corporate manager. She and Lenuel reside in Yadkinville, NC. They are blessed with three adult children and two grandchildren. They are members of Bethel Baptist Church, where Sandy teaches High School Sunday School. Sandy and Lenuel are also active partners in a NC Baptist "cowboy" church plant. Sandy's first trip to Guatemala was with a team from NC Baptist Children's Homes in 2016. God really touched their hearts with the work He is doing through The Good Shepherd Ministries. They returned to lead two construction mission teams in 2018 through NC Baptist on Mission.
